Every member of staff has their own account to use the application based on access rights assigned to them by the system administrator. Activities of the user are recorded automatically when changes are made on the database. Users can manage rotas and tasks granted to their access role(s).

Managers' Accounts has automatic access to a range of functionalities to be used to manage the day to day room requirements within an organisation..

Administrator accounts can have different access rights within the system. This access right would grant full access to all functionality in the entire application including editing, deleting and creating records.

We have no usage limits on all types of accounts. We charge the same price no matter how many users you have on the system.

A new password is automatically generated and emailed to a user after answering a validation question for a forgotten password.

Available as a fully hosted and maintained solution (we store everything for you and keep it up to date). There is no set up required. Any internet connected computer with a modern web browser can access the system. We can perform updates and maintenance to ensure the system runs efficiently.

The WommelsSoftware database is hosted on fast UK based servers in our Data Centre in Stockport(fast load time). The high performance server ensures the system loads quickly whilst the modern data centre provides multiple redundant connections to the internet(constant access).

We have taken measures to ensure backups are available in the unlikely event of a server failure. All data is backed up daily to an independant server, securing data against possible loss through hardware failure.

The System utilises Microsoft SQL Server 2005, an industry standard database and ASP.NET development platform to ensure the system is kept secure, is scalable and can be accessed quickly.

We have a professional team who manage the server for us ensuring the database is kept in optimum condition, giving us an uptime of 99.95%.

Prompt email based support is available for free. We are happy to assist with the change from your old system (if any) to our system. We offer 24 hour support and the vast majority of emails are answered in just a few hours.

We only store data relevant for use in the WommelsSoftware System. We do not pass on or sell data to 3rd parties.

The application makes it easy to find free room slots and book with very minimum effort. All you have to do is select a free slot and book and record a reason for the booking.

Room slots can be booked from your office, home or a client's site. You can easily login and check room availability before a meeting date is set or agreed saving you time and effort.

An Administrator can manage all room bookings, cancel bookings as well as track room allocation and actual usage to get an over all picture of how rooms and facilities are utilised within an organisation.

The dataset used in the design of application is consistant with the UK auditing requirements and other relevant standards.

Room booking trend can be repeated over a period of time to save time and effort.

A user can block book a room on a recurring basis.

A system administrator can grant and revoke access rights to specific functionality within the room booking system.

Rooms can be added, removed or made inactive if no longer required just a couple of clicks.

All item in a room is recorded and linked to that room. If it is not functional or faulty, it can also be recorded. For example if a overhead projector does not work, a fault status can be recorded against that item/asset in a particular room.

All reports produced by the system can be extracted or exported to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, CSV format and other forms for further analysis or presentation. The automatic data extraction functionality can also be setup for migration to other systems.

There are reports available for viewing and printing depending on a user's access role assigned by the System Administrator. The reports are designed to satisfy all reporting requirements.
